Based at Unit 3, Grace Road West in Marsh Barton — Exeter's main commercial and industrial hub — we operate a fully equipped workshop with CNC lathe equipment, hydraulic straightening rigs, TIG welding stations, and a climate-controlled spray booth. Every service we offer is completed in-house by our own technicians. Nothing is subcontracted, nothing is outsourced.
We specialise in alloy wheel refurbishment, diamond cut repairs, wheel straightening, crack welding, powder coating, painted finishes, kerb rash repairs, and custom colour changes.

Every wheel that leaves our workshop has been through the same rigorous process — regardless of whether it is a single kerb rash repair or a full set diamond-cut refurbishment. We do not cut corners, and we do not rush work to meet unrealistic deadlines.
We use premium German coating systems — etch primer, polyester base coat, and two-pack clear lacquer — specifically formulated for alloy wheel applications. These products cost more than standard alternatives, but they deliver measurably better adhesion, chip resistance, and UV stability.
Our spray booth maintains controlled temperature and humidity for consistent curing. Our CNC lathe is calibrated to manufacturer tolerances. Our hydraulic straightening equipment applies measured force — never hammering or heat guns. Every process is designed for precision and durability.
